Test results
To determine clinical therapy effectiveness, a psychologist will recommend a weekly test. Regular testing produces the data needed for analyzing trends over time.
Cortisol level improvement may sometimes take up to four weeks, since it depends on treatment type and medication effectiveness, which may take up to four weeks to have a therapeutic effect. Since the test is self-administered, a psychologist can legally provide the test, unlike a traditional blood test.
